The daily commit is best understood as part of the following process.
In general records within PBClinic may not be deleted, mofiefied-yes, deleted-no.
Instead of deleting a record, you have the option of marking it as InActive.
An exception to this is the entry of Services, Payments and Adjustments.
These may be entered into the PBClinic system and reflected on the Patients account.
Up until the Daily Commit process for a Batch any and all Services, Payments,
Adjustments in the batch may be deleted. However, once commited they may
not be deleted.
 Check Mark
Check mark the rows representing batches that you wish to commit. Multiple rows may be checkmarked
simultaneously.

 BatchId
This is the Batch Id the user assigned to a group of work entered into PBClinic

 Batch Date
The date assigned to the batch when it was created.
|
|
 Commited Date
The commited date will be part of the permanent record for each Service, Payment etc. It may differ from the service date or payment date
or today's date for a variety of reasons. Such as needing to keep all transctions that were provided within the same month that they
were provided even though they are being entered in the following month.
