Insured

Most of the fields on the Insured screen are self evident, those that are not will be annoted and explained

List Insured

This will bring up a list of all insured parties in the system and will be in alphabetical order, from which

any one may be selected to view/moding or add a new plan

Useful feature to allow information about the insured party to be used in other Windows applications

1) New Insured with a New Plan

All information entered will be about a new insured person and a new insurance plan

2) Existing Patient/Insured and Add New Plan

This will afford the lookup of an existing patient/insured to whom a new insurance plan may be added

3) Existing Insured with Existing Plan

An existing insured with an existing plan may be viewed/modified
