The main menu is navigated using the vertical bar on the left of the screen
As each main item is selected, a series of sub items will appear
For example when the 'Main' menu item is selected it exposes Patients, Responsible, Insured etc.
Main
When selected it reveals the sub items that are most frequently used i.e. Patients, Responsible, Insured, Claim Printing, E-Claims etc.
Day's End
Day's End is a series of operations that would typically be performed at least once a day in relation to reviewing and committing services, payments etc.
Scheduling
Provides Appointment Scheduling access
Reports
Reports navigates to a screen exposing all reports that are available in the system
Administration
Administration opens to a series of functions that are typically used only by an administrator, for example updating tables ie CPT, ICD, Providers, Payers etc.
Toolbar menu bar
These items will be explained in detail in a later section of the document
Status bar
A message appears at the bottom to aprise the user about a screen that is about to open
