Print All

This is the default option when you select Statements from the Main Menu

You may at any time force statements for all patients to print regardless of the last date printed.  This may be necessary because the last time

you printed statements was less than 30 days previous to today's date.  This feature only overrides the one statement ever 30 days, it does

not change any other paramters.  Another way to accomplish the same effect would be to change 'The Date To Print On The Statements' to a date which would be 30 days from the last date statements were printed. For example you could use the 15th of each month even though

today by be the 14th because the 15th occurs on a weekend.  Please note that the logic used in caluculating the 30 day window takes into account months like February.  Additionally it also allows a 3 day window on either side of today's date

If you need to, you can cause any set of statements that have printed on a previous date to be re-printed.  Choosing the 'Yes Force A Reprint'

will cause a drop down box setsf of previously printed statements to appear, from which you may choose the set you wish to re-print
