Payment Types

Select as many payment types as you wish to have included in the Deposit slip.

Display Details

Y - Show Details - will show the name and amount of payment to each patient in addition to the total check amount
N - Do Not Show Details - will show only the check amount for each check and will NOT include individual patient amounts
