A toggle switch governing patient searching within this screen. If Active Accounts is chosen - then only active patients will show in drop down tables. If All Accts is chosen - then all accounts will show in drop down tables, but the inactive accounts will be lined out.
A system auto generated number identifying a super bill that was printed and is active for this patient. This can be used in services entry to help track that all services have been entered.
A toggle switch indicating whether or not this patient account is subject to a billing fee when the billing fee process is run (see Adminstration / Billing Fee)
