Patient

This provides access to entry/edit of patient demographics etc.

Responsible Party

A responsible party is that person with whom the responsibility of paying that portion of the patient balance that is not covered by insurance.

Insurance Plan(s) For The Patient

Each patient may have up to three active insurance plans.

Case(s)

Each patient will have at least one case active in which more or less static information will be stored for use during the billing process.
More that one active case is allowed per patient, for example a patient may have an individual therapy case and also a group therapy case.

Services

Here is where the services(Diagnosis, CPTs, dollar amounts) are entered into PBClinc to create claims and allow billing of insurance and private
entities.

Payments Etc

Payments/Adjustments/Writeoffs from insurance companies and private individuals are entered into PBClinic under this function.

Ledger

The ledger may be used to monitor/review the status of services with their payments/writeoffs/adjustments.

Claims

Insurance Claims are automatically created when services are entered, they may be reviewed and modified with this function.

Notes for staff use are entered and reviewed here.

Attachment

Documents and pictures may be kept here for each patient.

Recalls

Recalls are reasons to notify the patient of future appointments.

Billing History

A record is automatically kept of each time a service is billed to insurance or to a private individual.

TranHistory

Transaction History is a recording each payment/writeoff/adjustment which is entered into the system.  This allows a review of
that history.
