All insurance plans setup for this patient

New Plan

This feature will bring up a window into which information for a new insurance plan for the patient

Edit Plan

Highligt the insurance plan to which you wish to make changes then click this option

Save Plan

This insures that any changes you have made to any insurance plan rows will be saved.

Active Plans / All Plans

The software will bill primary, secondary then tertiary insurance in that order.  However, you may retain as many insurance plans as you need for each patient.  You would normaly
mark those which are not current as inactive.  This switch indicates whether to show only Active plans or All plans for this patient.

Order

This field is used to indicate the order in which insurance plans should be billed for this patient.  1=Primary, 2=Secondary and 3=Tertiary

UP

Use the up arrow to move an insurance plan up in the billing order.

PayerId

PayerId is informational and would be used to reference a Payer Plan see: Payer Plans

PayerGrpId

PayerGroupId is informational and would be used to reference a Payer Group  see: Payer Group

StartDate

The date on which the insurance plan started for this patient
11

EndDate

The date, if known, on which the insurance plan for this patient will end.
