Current Batch Number

In order to allow multiple persons to simultaneously enter services, a batch number may be created and thus assigned to similar sets of services - for example all services provided in a single day

Current Case Number

A case for a patient contains information which is essential for insurance billing, a patient normally has only one Case, however it is
may be useful to have multiple cases active for each patient for instance a patient may be receiving personal as well as group counseling. see: Case Screen

The date on which this case was created

Patient Insurance Plans

The grid displays all of the active insurance plans for this patient in Primary, Secondary, Tertiary order

To facilitate data entry you may indicated if any of these fields are carried down from one service to the next at entry time.  These choices apply
to this patient services entry and all subsequent patient's services entry.
