Schedule Texting Appointments Reminder

The Text Appts feature must be activated by Foslyn LLC previous to using it.

Text Appts is a feature within the Print Schedule function which can be used by invoking it exteranlly

using the Windows Task Scheduler, it runs automatically as per the Windows Task Scheduler

setup and utilizes the parameters setup in the Text Appts tab under Scheduling

The Text Appointments feature is invoked by settting up a Task in the Windows Task Scheduler

Here are screen shots guiding how you setup the PBClinic Appt Texting Feature

Certain entries are critical and will be annoted for emphasis with a callout in a red circle

The Full Path Of PBClinic.exe

You can use the Browse button to find this - the executable must be - PBClinic.exe

The data base name can be any legitimate PBClinic data base on the system

This is the name of the sub function within PBClinic and it must be - frmAppointPrint
